Matthew & Ayesha weds at All Saints Anglican Church, Trinidad

I will forever be grateful for this couple. In 2022, in my first full year of photography, I did every style of photography under the sun. But after doing one wedding reception I fell in love with wedding photography and capturing love stories.

In 2023, I got an email from Ayesha raving about my photography and asked if I can shoot her wedding. I was super excited! I scratched out one of my vision board items.

We first met to do their engagement session and from then, we formed a beautiful bond. For months, we thoroughly collaborated in capturing the wedding of her dreams.

Ayesha and Matt first had their very intimate wedding ceremony at All Saints Anglican Church in Port of Spain. Here the two families became one in the eyes of God.

After the ceremony, we proceeded to the groom’s house to do wedding portraits and let me tell you we created MAGIC! Matt and Ayesha gave me full control to create timeless portraits. They were up for the dancing in the living room, walking up and down the stair case, couch cuddles, you name it! They did it!

This is the main pro of having a 2 day wedding, you get a lot of time to take your newly wed portraits. If you are the type of bride who wants very editorial portraits without the limited time frame there is for portraits on a wedding day, I recommend splitting your ceremony and reception.
