Bumping Around with Yvanna & Nick

In the intricate tapestry of life, there are moments that shimmer with a timeless glow, moments meant to be captured and cherished forever. For me, one such joyous chapter unfolded with Yvanna. Yvanna and I did our Masters together, virtually. During our MBA we use to always help each other out, vent our frustration and remind each other about assignments, only via What’s App and phone calls.

Fast forward a year from the day we tossed our graduation caps into the virtual air, and the universe presented an opportunity to bridge the physical gap that had separated us. The occasion? A monumental one, filled with the promise of new life and boundless love. Yvanna, now a radiant soon-to-be mother, was on the precipice of welcoming her bundle of joy into the world.

We decided to shoot at Samaan Park in Chaguaramas, during golden hour. The setting sun cast a gentle glow on Yvanna's growing belly, creating an ethereal silhouette that spoke of the life blossoming within. Each photograph encapsulated not just a moment frozen in time but the essence of an overwhelming journey—of love, resilience, and the remarkable beauty of impending parenthood.
